International GHS regulation introduced by UNO, has had a considerable impact on the categories and labelling of substances and chemicals for professional use. Almost all chemical substances now bear a danger or warning pictogram relating to their physical-chemical properties, or health, environmental or transport hazards. This regulation also concerns industrial detergents. Our laboratories have developed BIOCLEAN VG 55 SUPER SAFE SUPER CONCENTRATE, the first detergent WITH NO DANGER PICTOGRAM, for zero hazard. This innovation combines our expertise in the field of green chemicals with that relating to blue chemicals. BIOCLEAN VG 55 is a concentrate of COCONUT OIL FATTY ACID ESTERS and MARINE SEAWEEDS POLYSACCHARIDES SURFACTANTS. In addition, BIOCLEAN VG 55 is totally free of chelating or sequestering agents such as: EDTA Ethylene Diamine Tetra-acetic Acid, classified H 318, H 373, H 302, H 332 DTPA Diethylene Triamine Penta-acetic Acid, classified H 319, H 332, H 361 NTA Nitrile Tri-acetic Acid, CMR category 2, classified H 351, H 302, H 319 Of course, BIOCLEAN VG 55 contains absolutely no solvents, or phosphates BIOCLEAN VG 55 combines an ideal blend of wetting, dispersing, emulsifying, degreasing and cleaning surface active agents, for optimum cleaning operations. This high performance detergent is supplied as a 55% concentrate of active ingredients, to avoid the needless expense of transporting water, particularly for overseas shipping, which reduces the carbon footprint of the product, within the context of ISO standard 14 040. BIOCLEAN VG 55 is clear and odourless and is intended for formulators who are able to dilute it to 25%, in 75% of water, to produce a final concentration of 14% of active ingredients which, itself, can be used from 2%. Adding a fragrance or a dye remains a marketing option, but may have an environmental impact. |
